Fast Interceptor Craft Carissa is the second fleet owned by PT. Alinda Nusantara Bahari. The Carissa patrol boat is a sister ship to the Fast Interceptor Craft Dhafin, with a crew capacity of 4 people and accommodation for 10 people. It is equipped with Cummins QSB Water Jet System engines, 2X355 HP, and its main material is aluminum, enabling it to achieve speeds of up to 30 knots during maneuvers.
The primary function of the Fast Interceptor Craft Carissa is to protect the hazardous zones/areas in the waters off the east coast of Batam, which is part of the West Natuna Transportation System (WNTS) restricted zone.

Work boat Arline is the fourth fleet owned by PT. Alinda Nusantara Bahari. Arline work boat is a specialized type of vessel designed for freshwater transportation and the installation/maintenance of navigation buoys (BOUY), as well as the installation of dock pilings (Harbour Piling Construction). It is equipped with modern navigation systems and complete working equipment.
The advantages of the Arline work boat lie in its excellent stability system and high carrying capacity, making it a crucial asset in PT. Alinda Nusantara Bahari's fleet, particularly for handling the installation and maintenance of buoys or the installation of dock pilings (Harbour Piling Construction).
FAST RESCUE BOAT
The fast rescue boat Sea Rider is the fifth fleet owned by PT. Alinda Nusantara Bahari.
The primary task of the FRB Sea Rider is to ensure direct, fast, and responsive handling of situations in the waters surrounding the buoys. Leveraging its high speed, the FRB Sea Rider is capable of carrying out its duties in supporting the maintenance of navigation buoys (BOUY) or rescuing individuals who have fallen into the water.




VTS (Vessel Trafic System)
PT. Alinda Nusantara Bahari also offers Vessel Traffic System (VTS) services for its own purposes. The VTS PKP is a monitoring system for maritime traffic implemented by PT. Alinda Nusantara Bahari to oversee vessels within the restricted zone along the West Natuna Transportation System (WNTS) gas pipeline. The VTS PKP operates through the utilization of radar, closed-circuit television (CCTV), VHF radio frequency, automatic identification system (AIS), and an early warning system. These technologies enable the system to track vessel movements and provide navigational information within specific and limited navigation areas.
The international usage of VTS is governed by the recommendations outlined in SOLAS Chapter V Reg. 12 and IMO Resolution A.857(20), which were adopted in 1997. The significance of this system has led to the widespread implementation of the Automatic Identification System (AIS) on various types of vessels, both in domestic and international waters. In a modern context, the VTS PKP collaborates closely with VTIS Batam to integrate all input information into a centralized control center. This integration facilitates effective management and communication within the fleet. By working together, VTS PKP and VTIS Batam provide essential outputs such as traffic control, allocation of space, designated shipping routes, speed limits, and timely notifications regarding hazardous conditions. These services are particularly vital within the restricted zone of the West Natuna Transportation System (WNTS).
In summary, the VTS application plays a crucial role in enhancing the security, safety, and operational efficiency of the maritime fleet. Its constant surveillance capabilities, operating 24/7, ensure the smooth functioning of maritime operations.
